TOOLS
there are always new tools coming out, but you can search on Google for "AI video tools"
https://runwayml.com/ is a good place to start. They offer a tool where you can start making clips with a text prompt, and there is also a video editor available on the same platform.
https://pika.art/ is a newer tool that has a lot of promise.
Generally speaking, the AI video tools primarily focus on the video aspect - for background music you can search for royalty free music, and AI music generators are starting to appear: https://www.beatoven.ai/
If you want to try making a commercial or "movie trailer" with narration, Eleven Labs is a nice place to start. https://elevenlabs.io/
